We want your GhostBed Climate Pro™ to arrive safely, securely and ready to transform your sleep experience. Because Climate Pro includes advanced heating, cooling and electronic components, orders are carefully packaged and shipped using approved carriers.
Climate Pro orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been confirmed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
Climate Pro shipping is available to eligible addresses within the United States.
Shipping availability, rates and any applicable surcharges will be displayed during checkout based on the delivery address.
We currently do not ship Climate Pro to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other locations that cannot accept standard parcel or specialty delivery services.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, unexpected carrier delays may occur outside of GhostBed's control.
Once your Climate Pro order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to begin displaying movement.
Please inspect all packages when they arrive.
Climate Pro contains electronic and climate-control components, so we recommend keeping all original packaging until you have confirmed that your system arrived complete and undamaged.
If a package appears significantly damaged at delivery, photograph the package before opening it whenever possible.
If your Climate Pro shipment arrives damaged, is missing components or does not match your order, contact GhostBed Customer Service as soon as possible.
Please have the following available:
Your order number
Photos of the shipping carton
Photos of any visible damage
Photos of the product and shipping label
A description of the issue
GhostBed will review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps, which may include replacement components, a replacement shipment or another resolution depending on the circumstances.
Do not discard damaged products or original packaging until GhostBed confirms that they are no longer required.
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, GhostBed may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the shipment.
Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Climate Pro orders may only be cancelled before they have entered the fulfillment process.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead be subject to the applicable Climate Pro return policy.
Orders that are refused, repeatedly unavailable for delivery or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to return shipping or handling charges where permitted.
Any refund associated with an undeliverable or refused shipment will be processed according to the applicable Climate Pro return policy after the product has been received and inspected.
This Shipping Policy covers the delivery of your Climate Pro order.
Returns, exchanges, trial periods, warranties and refunds are governed by the applicable GhostBed Climate Pro Return Policy and Limited Warranty.
